Refundment policy:

As we are very confident with our fine jewelry, you can return your order within 7 business days from the date when you receive you order for a refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason.

Returning Your Order

Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):

  • 1. Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order.(ID of the order, register name, telephone number and e-mail address )
  • 2. Describe complete reasons for return. If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry.
  • 3. Costumers need to offer package ID, original packing materials and relevant bill of documents.

1. We are not liable for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods. Please refer to the declaring sum filled when we delivery the goods if you want to know the product sum.
